Responsibilities as the Reservations Manager…
- Identifying the individual needs of every guest and working with various departments of the hotel to provide a tailored experience
- Taking charge of the day-to-day running of the department by handling room bookings and ensuring budgets are achieved
- Having a hands-on approach to rate management and going above and beyond to ensure that rates and occupancy are maximised
- Showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as impeccable telephone manner
- Utilising systems such as Reslynx, 7Rooms, Synxis, Square and Trust Payments
