They are now seeking a confident, detail-focused Reservations Agent to join their reservations team and play a key role in shaping the guest journey from first contact through to arrival, where first impressions truly count.

Responsibilities as a Reservations Agent…
- Handling guest enquiries via phone and email in a professional and personable manner
- Processing room reservations accurately using the hotel booking systems
- Advising guests on room types, rates, packages and hotel facilities
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue where appropriate
- Supporting the wider reservations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous experience in hotel reservations, front office or a customer-facing role within a 4 or 5-star environment
- Communicate confidently and enjoy building rapport with guests
- Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a busy, service-focused environment
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service from the first enquiry onwards
