One of our most exclusive clients, a prestigious luxury hotel set in Surrey, is looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. You will take the lead in driving the hotel’s recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive recruitment process for any potential employees.
While you don’t need experience working in Hospitality, you will need experience working in recruitment, in-house or agency, and have a keen interest in the world of Luxury Hospitality!
As well as this, your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.

- £28,000 per annum
- Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities as the Recruitment Coordinator…
- Working closely alongside the Hiring Managers to craft engaging job adverts
- Advertising current job roles on the hotel’s careers pages, job boards and social media platforms
- Participating in a variety of job fairs to increase brand awareness
- Managing the hotel’s employee accommodation site
- Searching for suitable potential employees through online channels
- Carrying out telephone interviews with potential employee candidates and forwarding them to Hiring Managers
