They are now seeking a passionate Pastry Commis Chef to join their talented kitchen team, where you’ll create beautifully crafted, showstopping pastries.

- £29,250 per annum plus circa £2,160 service charge and a yearly bonus

Responsibilities as a Pastry Commis Chef…
- Preparing, baking, and presenting a wide array of picture-perfect pastries including cakes, cookies, pies, and bread
- Going above and beyond to follow a variety of both traditional and modern recipes
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent pastry dishes
- Following correct handling procedures and maintaining appropriate food temperatures.
- Decorating pastries and desserts using various icings, toppings, and techniques to ensure visually stunning presentations
