Nestled in the heart of Ascot, one of the UK’s most beautiful country house hotels, is seeking a dedicated Night Manager. This role involves exceeding guest expectations and ensuring each visitor enjoys a memorable and exceptional stay.
You will have experience using Opera and have a driving license due to the location of the property.

- £34,000 per annum plus £3,500 to £4,000 service charge
- Working circa 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off
- Working 12-hour shifts
- Typical working hours: 6:45pm to 7:15am

Responsibilities as the Night Manager…
- Overseeing the operation of the Front of House team and ensuring guests have a seamless experience no matter the time of night
- Providing a personalised experience for a wide variety of guests, including exclusive VIPs, celebrities, blue-chip companies and international travellers
- Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotel’s high standards of excellence throughout the night
- Embracing the hotel’s excellent training and development opportunities
- Sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise and providing high-quality training
