With a 3 Rosette, 50-cover restaurant and banqueting for up to 100 guests, this is the perfect role if you love refined, seasonal cooking and service that runs like clockwork.

- £38,000 per annum plus £3,500 service charge
- Live-in accommodation available for approximately £325 per month within walking distance of the hotel
- 48-hour contract
- Join a close-knit team of 9 chefs in a supportive, professional kitchen
- Work under a highly experienced Executive Chef who is keen to train and develop you
- Exposure to both fine dining restaurant service and high-quality banqueting
Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Executive and Sous Chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Taking ownership of a section and leading it confidently during busy services
- Assisting with menu development, bringing fresh ideas and a creative approach
- Ensuring consistently high standards across the 50-cover restaurant and events up to 100 guests
- Coaching and supporting more junior members of the brigade
