One of our most exclusive clients, a picturesque country house hotel nestled in Surrey, is searching for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their team. You will create various stylish modern dishes using the very best ingredients sourced locally and from their stunning kitchen garden.
You will need your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.

- Up to £34,000 per annum plus up to £2,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Creating a wide array of highly quality modern dishes
- Making most of the fresh ingredients sourced from the hotel’s amazing kitchen garden
- Taking ownership of a section in the kitchen
- Using your keen eye for detail to create consistently high-quality dishes
