We are delighted to be assisting an esteemed group of hotels located across the UK. One of their beautiful properties, situated in a picturesque village near Oxfordshire and recently renovated, is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade.

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…

  • Creating a variety of modern British dishes for up to 48 covers and banquets for up to 100 people
  • Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
  • Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Showcasing high-quality communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to others

Working as part of an award-winning team, you will create a selection of classic British dishes with modern twists. With access to seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, this is an exciting opportunity to elevate your skillset while working alongside a truly fantastic Head Chef.
