Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of modern British dishes for up to 48 covers and banquets for up to 100 people
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Showcasing high-quality communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to others
