Our client, an acclaimed fine-dining restaurant nestled in the heart of Bedfordshire, is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef. This role offers the chance to create an array of innovative, modern British dishes featured on the restaurant’s stunning tasting menu.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will need a car.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Junior Sous Chef…

  • £32,000 to £35,000 per annum plus service charge
  • 28 days holiday
  • Support with relocation
  • Working 5 days per week, only 3 evenings
  • 2 full days off and 4 nights off every week
  • Closure over Christmas and New Year
  • Pension scheme
  • Meals on duty

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…

  • Creating a variety of modern British fine dining dishes using the highest quality ingredients available
  • Getting creative in the kitchen and sharing your ideas for the menu
  • Making the most of the professional training and development opportunities available
  • Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise and working seamlessly alongside their talented team
