Responsibilities as the Junior Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading sections during service and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver quality dishes
- Assisting with training and mentoring junior team members
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, organisation, and consistency
