Their kitchen celebrates local produce, sustainability and creativity, and they are now seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their dynamic brigade.

  • £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 to £6,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…

  • Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional, seasonal dishes to the highest standards
  • Assisting with menu development and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
  • Maintaining impeccable standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
  • Training, motivating and inspiring junior team members to achieve excellence
  • Ensuring smooth service during busy periods while maintaining consistency and quality
