Responsibilities as the Head PGA Professional…
- Managing and developing PGA registered trainees while consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Driving the golf course’s success by meeting KPI targets for service, standards, and financial performance
- Actively contributing to all areas of golf operations, including supporting GOLFA initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Maintaining a busy coaching schedule for individual and group lessons and delivering engaging, professional custom fitting sessions that meet company and manufacturer standards
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest golfing technology and innovations in hardware and software
