Responsibilities as the Head Pastry Chef…
- Creating and maintaining an innovative menu of high-end pastries, cakes, artisan bread, and viennoiseries, ensuring they reflect the French-inspired style of the restaurant.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency for all pastry offerings, maintaining attention to detail in every creation.
- Overseeing day-to-day pastry operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating seamlessly with other kitchen departments.
- Demonstrating an unwavering passion for pastry, while sharing your extensive knowledge and expertise with the team.
As the Head Pastry Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee all pastry operations. You’ll bring creativity and precision to every creation, contributing to the success of this dynamic new space.
