We are so excited to now be working with a brand new opening luxury hotel located in Yorkshire. They are looking for a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead their pastry team in creating a selection of showstopping pastries to be served across two food outlets.

- £40,000 per annum plus service charge and a bonus scheme

Responsibilities as the Head Pastry Chef…
- Creating a variety of picture-perfect pastries to be served across 2 outlets at the hotel
- Leading, motivating and inspiring the pastry team and passing on your knowledge and expertise
- Using your key attention to detail to ensure all dishes are of a consistently high quality
- Going above and beyond to showcase your passion for pastry
- Ensuring produce from the hotel’s wonderful kitchen garden is utilised
The coastal retreat is currently undergoing a spectacular refurbishment; therefore this Head Pastry Chef role provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity to build a 5-star pastry team and collaborate closely alongside the hotel’s highly experienced Head Chef.
