The restaurant is set to open in mid-September, therefore you will ideally be available to start immediately.

- £50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus service charge

- Creating a wide variety of picture-perfect pastries
- Leading, motivating and inspiring the pastry team
- Going above and beyond to showcase your passion for pastry and pass on your knowledge and expertise
- Letting your creative juices flow as you create new recipes to impress guests
- You will have high attention to detail to ensure all dishes are of consistently top quality
The restaurant will serve a hyper-seasonal menu that celebrates the best of British produce. Therefore, you will be responsible for leading the pastry kitchen in producing a variety of truly stunning pastries that will wow guests and reflect the restaurant’s British and global influences.
