They are looking for an established Head Pastry Chef with extensive French cuisine experience. You must be available immediately to start menu creation.

- £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
- Menu development
- Experience to work on a brand new opening
- Working with a very talented team
Responsibilities as the Head Pastry Chef…
- Develop, train and recruit a brand new team
- Desserts will be classic French done elegantly, with some NYC touches, and most probably presented table side on a waiter tray, similar to a dessert trolley
- 130 cover French Restaurant, open all day
- 600 covers expected daily
- Develop a brand new menu
- You will have extensive knowledge of French Cuisine
