Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Leading the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards across all dining outlets
- Designing and evolving menus in line with a 2 Rosette-level offering, focusing on seasonality and quality produce
- Managing kitchen operations, including ordering, cost control and team development
- Mentoring and inspiring a small brigade of 6 chefs, fostering a positive and professional culture
- Ensuring exceptional presentation and attention to detail in every dish
