We’re working with a beautiful country house hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds, looking for an experienced Head Chef to take the reins of their kitchen and lead a talented brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef who thrives in a luxury hotel environment and is ready to put their mark on a renowned property.

- £50,000 per annum plus service charge
- Working 48 hours per week
- Relocation support with short-term live-in accommodation available if required

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s culinary offering, from restaurant service to banqueting and afternoon tea
- Leading, training and motivating a brigade of 8 chefs to consistently deliver high standards
- Menu planning and development, working with local, seasonal produce to reflect the hotel’s setting
- Managing kitchen costs, GP and stock control while maintaining uncompromised quality
- Collaborating with senior management to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the hotel’s reputation for excellence
