Our client is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Canterbury. Part of an established group of hotels across the UK, they are looking for a hands-on Head Chef to lead the team of their stylish brasserie-style restaurant.

You will have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role.

  • Showcasing your skills as a strong leader by managing and motivating the kitchen brigade

  • Taking charge of kitchen operations to ensure an unforgettable dining experience
  • Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
