We’re working with a renowned luxury resort in the heart of South Wales, searching for a talented Head Chef to lead their buffet-style restaurant and wider culinary operation. You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…
- £45,665 per annum plus £2,500 to £3,000 service charge
- 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Overall responsibility for the resort’s buffet-style restaurant, bar, spa café, and room service operations
- Driving consistent culinary standards, menu execution and presentation across all outlets
- Leading, coaching and developing a 20-strong team, nurturing talent and succession
- Workforce planning, cost control and GP management without compromising quality
- Collaborating closely with senior management to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
