- £40,000 per annum plus £12,000 service charge
- Set days off – Monday and Tuesday
- Early finish on Sundays

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Creating a variety of high-quality pub classics to please the palates of guests
- Showcasing your kitchen management skills and motivating the kitchen brigade
- Sharing your wealth of culinary knowledge and expertise
- Taking charge of kitchen operations to ensure a wonderful dining experience
Serving a variety of delicious and elevated pub classics to 100 covers a day, this is an excellent opportunity for a creative Head Chef to showcase their culinary and kitchen management skills.
