- A rare platform to express your creativity beyond the constraints of traditional restaurants
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a core brigade of 10–15 chefs, scaling up to 100 for show-stopping events
- Manage rotas, ordering, and kitchen operations across diverse, high-profile occasions
- Stay hands-on in the kitchen, setting the tone for excellence, energy, and elegance
Who You Are:
- You’ve led teams in event catering, with a background in fine dining or 5-star hotels, adding that extra sparkle
- You’re a strong people manager who is calm under pressure, focused on team growth and consistent results
- You know how to run a tight ship logistically, but you’ve still got the spark to push creative boundaries
