Our client is a brand-new British restaurant situated in central London. Part of a prestigious group which is owned by a highly acclaimed restauranteur, they are looking for a highly experienced Head Chef to lead and inspire their growing kitchen brigade.
You will ideally be available to start immediately.

- £30,000 per annum plus £25,000 tronc + variable service charge on top

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Creating a variety of high-quality modern British dishes that celebrate the seasons for up to 280 covers a day
- Leading, managing and motivating the kitchen brigade
- Showcasing your culinary expertise and passing on invaluable knowledge from your career
- Letting your creative juices flow as you create menu items to wow guests
- Going above and beyond to ensure all dishes are of a consistent top-quality
The restaurant will serve a hyper-seasonal menu that celebrates the best of British produce. Therefore, you will be responsible for creating a menu of spectacular dishes that allow both British and global influences to shine through for up to 280 covers a day.
