We are delighted to continue assisting an award-winning gastro pub found in a picturesque village in the heart of Wiltshire. They are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their 2 Rosette kitchen brigade in creating a selection of high-quality dishes to impress their guests.

- £47,000 per annum plus an annual management bonus of 7.5% and circa £3,000 to £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Leading, motivating and inspiring their kitchen brigade of 8
- Carefully curating new and original menu items
- Creating delicious and seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients
- Motivating the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
- Holding regular skill-focused training sessions for the kitchen brigade
