Combining a 2 AA Rosette dining experience with boutique bedrooms and a strong focus on seasonal produce from its own garden, this is a venue where quality runs through every detail, including the bar.
As Head Barman, you’ll take ownership of the bar operation, ensuring exceptional service, consistency and a well-curated drinks offering that complements the food-led experience.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Barman…
- £39,500 based on 40 hours with paid overtime
- Working 40 to 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Barman…
- Leading the day-to-day running of the bar and setting the tone for service
- Creating and maintaining a high-quality drinks offering, including cocktails, wines and premium spirits
- Ensuring consistency, presentation and attention to detail across all beverages
- Training and developing junior bar staff to deliver confident, knowledgeable service
- Working closely with the GM, Duty Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Previous experience in a senior bar position within a quality-led environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits
- Organised, personable and passionate about delivering great guest experiences
