Responsibilities as the General Manager…
- Leading and overseeing the daily operations of the Luxury Retirement Village, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
- Managing and mentoring a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high standards of care.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction, ensuring personalised service and exceptional hospitality at all times.
- Overseeing budgeting and financial management, ensuring operational efficiency and resource allocation in line with the Village’s goals and standards.
