Our client is a welcoming countryside pub in Oxfordshire, celebrated for its seasonal menus and locally brewed ales. As Duty Manager, you’ll support senior management, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure guests enjoy a warm and memorable experience at this much-loved establishment.

Responsibilities as the Duty Manager…
- Overseeing daily operations and supporting senior management to ensure the smooth running of the pub
- Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team to deliver consistently high standards of service
- Acting as a key point of contact for guests, from managing reservations to check-ins and providing local knowledge
- Handling operational duties including cashing up, stock control, and closing procedures
- Maintaining compliance, health & safety, and presentation standards across all guest areas
