Responsibilities as the Director of Guest Experience…
- Overseeing, managing and motivating the Guest Services and Guest Relations Departments to ensure each and every guest has a truly wonderful experience
- Supporting the Director of Rooms with the daily operations of the hotel
- Communicate effectively with the Guest Service Team and Central Reservations Team to ensure a seamless and professional service is provided to each guest
- Building a positive rapport with guests and managing any complaints efficiently by ensuring issues are resolved during the stay
- Developing the guest service and guest experience leaders to ensure their teams are focused on delivering a guest-centric service
