Responsibilities as the Deputy Restaurant Lounge Manager…
- Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Lounge Manager to maintain optimal staffing levels and achieve exceptional performance standards.
- Assisting in leading the day-to-day operations of the lounge area, ensuring seamless service for all-day dining and afternoon tea.
- Fostering a positive and dynamic working environment, bringing high energy and enthusiasm to the team.
- Taking a creative approach to delivering a luxurious and memorable experience for every guest.
- Providing effective training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of team members.
