As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences that match the quality of the food and surroundings.

- £38,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Deputy Manager…
- Supporting the General Manager in opening operations, ensuring seamless front-of-house service in the pub, restaurant & bedrooms
- Training, coaching and inspiring the team to live and deliver the establishment’s warm and polished standards
- Assisting with recruitment, scheduling and cost control, ensuring profitability across F&B and rooms
- Acting as hands-on support in service coverage by greeting guests, managing tables, and handling queries
- Supporting the GM with guest feedback, resolving concerns quickly and using insights to elevate service
