- £42,000 per annum plus £2,000 in tips

Responsibilities as the Deputy Hotel Manager…
- Supporting the General Manager in leading daily operations across reception, rooms, F&B, and events
- Driving team performance, standards, and guest satisfaction across all departments
- Mentoring and developing staff to deliver warm, professional, and consistent service
- Overseeing rotas, cost control, and budgeting to ensure strong operational efficiency
- Acting as the go-to person in the GM’s absence, making confident decisions and solving challenges with ease
