We are delighted to continue collaborating with an opulent 4-star hotel situated in the heart of the Cotswolds. They are looking for an ambitious Demi Chef De Partie to join the team of their award-winning seafood restaurant.
You will need 1/2 Rosette experience and your own mode of transportation due to the location of the hotel.

- £34,000 per annum plus £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Demi Chef De Partie…
- Creating a wide array of sustainable seafood dishes
- Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients
- Gaining invaluable culinary knowledge from the more senior chefs in the kitchen
- Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary skillset
- Showcasing outstanding communication skills and working well alongside others
Using top-of-the-range kitchen equipment and fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you will be creating a variety of stunning yet sustainable Cornish seafood dishes.
