You’ll be working alongside an experienced and nurturing kitchen team in the hotel’s beautiful à la carte restaurant, where dishes are inspired by modern British cuisine and brought to life using seasonal produce from the hotel’s very own kitchen garden.

Responsibilities as a Commis Chef…
- Assisting in the preparation of fresh, seasonal dishes made to a consistently high standard
- Rotating through different kitchen sections to build your confidence and skills
- Learning from some of the best chefs in the industry who are keen to help you grow
- Contributing to the smooth running of daily service, from mise en place to plating
- Maintaining a clean, organised work environment and adhering to food safety standards
