- Creating a variety of spectacular fine dining dishes that celebrate the seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure a 5-star service and clean working environment
- Working well as part of a team
- Maintaining positive working relationships with every member of the team
- Attending high-quality training sessions provided by the hotel
