With a strong focus on seasonal ingredients and imaginative food, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a kitchen that values both quality and personality.
They are now looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the brigade and play an important role in delivering fresh, vibrant dishes across the hotel’s restaurant and dining spaces.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your section during preparation and service while maintaining a high standard
- Preparing fresh, seasonal dishes with a focus on quality and presentation
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, organisation and cleanliness standards
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure smooth service across all outlets
This role would suit a Chef De Partie looking to develop within a supportive and creative environment, ideally with experience in fresh food kitchens and a genuine passion for hospitality.
