- Assisting in the creation of a variety of high-quality dishes made using the finest local prime cuts
- Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary knowledge, skills and expertise
- Showcasing excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
