We are working with a brand-new pub opening in a quaint market town in Hitchin. With a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and high-quality dishes, they are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join their team of three as they work towards achieving Rosettes.

- £32,000 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge
- Temporary accommodation available
- Set days off – Monday and Tuesday
- Working from Wednesday dinner to Sunday lunch
- Cooking with the very best, seasonal ingredients

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Contributing to menu development and bringing creative ideas to the table.
- Taking ownership of your section and training junior team members when needed.
