Responsibilities as the Bar Manager…
- Taking responsibility for all bar operations
- Showcasing flawless product knowledge of all beverages and strong stock control skills
- Managing, mentoring and motivating the teams across 3 bars throughout the hotel
- Ensuring all beverages are picture-perfect and meet the high standards set by the hotel
- Maintaining high standards of courtesy, service and cleanliness of the bar area
- Going above and beyond to ensure all team members provide a friendly and professional service for guests
