They are now seeking a truly exceptional Bar Manager to lead these outlets and drive standards at the very highest level. This role requires a very strong bar professional with gravitas, technical knowledge and the ability to lead from the front.

- Overseeing the daily operation of the bar, drawing room and private dining bars
- Leading, developing and inspiring a team of 17
- Ensuring exceptional guest experience across all bar spaces
- Managing stock, controls and financial performance
- Elevating the beverage programme in line with five-star expectations

- Have strong experience managing bars within luxury hotels or high-end venues
- Possess deep knowledge of premium spirits, classic and contemporary cocktails
- Are commercially aware and confident managing a sizeable team
