Responsibilities as the Back of House Supervisor…
- This role is a hands on role where you will report to the Back of House Manager and assist in the training, rota planning and management of a dedicated team of cleaners, housekeepers & kitchen porters.
- As a Back of House Supervisor you will have the unparalleled chance to work in an environment that values excellence, attention to detail, and superior service.
- You will be the linchpin that ensures the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation, and service are consistently met.
To excel in this role, you will possess proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail, are also really important. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team will be utilised. Working knowledge of PPE & COSH guidelines.
