You will bring experience from high-level, award-winning restaurants and/or luxury 5-star hotels, and, due to the hotel’s location, you will also need your own reliable mode of transportation.

- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a talented front-of-house team
- Confidently communicating menus and the story behind the produce
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and guest care at all times
