Known for its outstanding reputation and elegant, understated approach to luxury hospitality, the restaurant is now looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to help shape the guest experience.
You’ll be working closely with a hugely respected female chef, General Manager and an Operations Director who’s committed to supporting your development.

- £47,500 per annum plus service charge (following probation)

Responsibilities as the Assistant General Manager…
- Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Leading from the floor and ensuring exceptional service is delivered consistently
- Mentoring and coaching team members to help them grow and thrive
- Getting stuck into everything from rota planning to event execution
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless and thoughtful guest experience
