We are so excited to now be working with a newly refurbished hotel which is nestled on the north border of the Cotswolds in Chipping Campden. They are looking for a Sous Chef with experience working at 2 Rosette standard to join their growing kitchen brigade.
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely alongside the talented Head Chef. You will be responsible for creating a variety of flavour-first dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients and passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen.
This is a very vibrant environment to work in as the hotel holds lots of functions, conferences and events.
