We are so excited to be working with an award-winning gastro pub with rooms which is set in the stunning natural scenery of Tetbury. They are looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to join the team of their newly renovated fine dining restaurant.
As Sous Chef, you will be creating a variety of flavour-first fine dining dishes from the restaurant’s ever-changing seasonal menu. The Head Chef takes pride in only cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
The restaurant is pushing to be awarded rosettes for its culinary excellence. Therefore they are looking for a Sous Chef with the drive and determination to create consistently high-quality dishes.
