Located in a 4 Rosette fine dining restaurant in the heart of London, as Sous Chef you will support the team in creating a variety of dishes from the restaurant’s carefully curated 12-course tasting menu.
Creating Nordic and Japanese-inspired culinary delights, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary skillset and elevate your kitchen management skills.
The owners are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to work closely alongside the restaurant’s passionate Head Chef as they work towards being awarded a prestigious Michelin Star.
You must have at least 1 year of experience working in a Michelin Star restaurant.
