- £46,000 to £50,000 DOE per annum
- Single accommodation = £600 per month in St James’ London
- You must be flexible to regularly travel within the UK and abroad

This role is set in a spectacular, one-of-a-kind private household. They are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to use a variety of traditional and contemporary practices to create dishes of exceptional quality.
Located in London, as Senior Sous Chef you will work closely alongside the Head Chef to ensure the effective day-to-day management of the kitchen and that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
You will play an important part in producing over 350 meals per day. This will involve staff dining, planning and executing the catering for large events, functions and travelling to other private households throughout the UK when required.
