We are delighted to continue collaborating with an exclusive country house hotel located near Cheltenham. They have recently undergone an exciting refurbishment and are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their growing team.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be creating a variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel. The restaurant does 80 covers at both lunch and dinner as well as hosting weddings for up to 150 guests.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as not only will you receive personalised training and development, but you will also gain a wonderful work-life balance with the flexibility to work over 4 or 5 days.
