We are so excited to be working with one of London’s most established American Brasseries based in the West End of the city. They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to create a variety of American-inspired dishes to wow their diners.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for making a selection of consistently high-quality dishes and encouraging excellence within the kitchen. This will include passing on your culinary expertise.
The iconic American Brasserie has an exclusive board of directors who have run some of the UK’s most successful restaurants. Therefore, you will be offered outstanding training and development opportunities and be working alongside a team of chefs who are up there with the very best.
