We are excited to start working with a premium brasserie that is looking to bring a top Head Chef to lead this established team. The Head Chef will cook tasty, robust food with an emphasis on steak/seafood.
As Head Chef you will have autonomy over the menu but it will be on brand.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…
- £50,000 – £60,000 + £10,000 bonus related to KPIs

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Overseeing a team of 15
- Catering for between 1200 – 1500 covers per week
- Creating menus, recruitment, ordering, rotas etc
- Cooking really tasty food with great ingredients
- Hands-on approach is a must!
