Head Chef – 80m Motor Yacht

A fantastic opportunity to work on a world-cruising 80m Motor Yacht has become available. They are looking for a talented Head Chef to work alongside their Sous Chef to create a variety of high-quality dishes for their guests. You will be happy to go off the beaten track.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for producing a diverse range of Mediterranean and Asian-inspired dishes to wow those onboard. This will involve exploring different ingredients and flavour combinations, creating special requests from guests and taking into consideration any allergies and dietary requirements.

Salary and Benefits:

The Individual:

  • You will be an experienced Head Chef who has previously worked on Motor Yachts which are 50m and above
  • You will enjoy cooking Mediterranean and Asian-style dishes
  • You will be open to exploring new flavour combinations and ingredients
  • You will have a great personality and positive attitude
  • You will be eager to gain invaluable yachting experience
