This role is for an award-winning wedding venue located in Hampshire. They are looking for a calm and collected General Manager who has a passion for managing high-end weddings. We are looking for a leader who wants to take on a venue as their own and work with a small but mighty team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will involve leading, motivating and mentoring the day-to-day events team, managing both administrative and operational aspects of the events and going above and beyond to make clients’ dreams a reality.

You will have experience managing wedding celebrations of over 150+ weddings a year, also an extensive background in food-led establishments, and your own mode of transport due to the location of the venue.
