- £24,000 per annum plus service charge = £30,000 Package

We are delighted to now be working with a spectacular country house hotel based in the Hertfordshire countryside. They are looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef De Partie to create a variety of delicious Japanese/Asian-inspired dishes for 75 to 120 guests per night.
You’ll be based in the hotel’s newly opened restaurant and working alongside a team of highly skilled and experienced chefs who are willing to pass on their knowledge and expertise. The ideal Demi Chef De Partie doesn’t need to have specific experience cooking Japanese or Asian cuisine, however, you will need a keen interest in the cuisine.
